The other evening at work we pulled out the Kenwood TH-7D(ag) and tracked the ISS as it passed over head. Managed to see a lot of traffic bouncing away including a station in Maine. Of course the next day when I got the laptop out and finally got the 7D to talk to it, the digipeater was turned off. The two persons with me were impressed with the states as I called them out and how long the packets came in before and after the visible pass. |
